This is our main spot (or we’ll be in the general area):
Here is a map of where our Lambertville Tai Chi classes are located:
Tai Chi Chuan is traditionally practiced in a natural setting (ideally near water) where you can breathe fresh, clean air. Outdoor classes are inclusive, accessible, sustainable, and fun. Also, you’re more likely to maintain an exercise routine when you practice in community with others, and in an outside location where you’re less likely to catch the latest coronavirus variant. Safety first!
What to Wear
No special equipment needed. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, and flat shoes or sneakers. Dress in layers for the weather. Layers allow you to regulate your body temperature so you don’t end up sweating, and then freezing. You’ll be happiest if you wear a scarf, hat, and gloves to class when it’s cold out.
$15 to $20 per class is the suggested donation, but you do what you can do. If you come to every class, adjust to $10. If you show up once per month: $20.
