Once Upon Online...

StoryTalk.com was launched before Cascading Style Sheets, Web 2.0, and Social Media. At the time there were just a handful of storytelling related websites on the Internet.

The purpose behind StoryTalk was to create a place where people could discuss narratology and link to interesting storytelling websites. I also had a personal agenda, which was to locate a community. Nowadays we’re speaking about storytelling on every street corner, as it should be!
