Stop Being Sweet eWorkBook
The Stop Being Sweet eWorkBook explains how you can reduce or remove added sugars from your diet. It contains step-by-step instructions for developing your own sustainable sugar abstinence plan. I won’t try to convince you that sugar is bad for you (I assume you already have an opinion about it). I also don’t go into scientific detail about what sugar does to your body. Instead, I focus on the emotional and practical skills you’ll need to master in order to get off sweets for good.
What you get is a 38 page workbook in .pdf (Portable Document File) format that you can print and read anywhere. PDF files work on both Mac and PC. Because you print it on your printer, you can use the flip side of the pages to keep notes and do the exercises. The goal is to get you off of sugary junk food for good.
What the book is:
- An explanation of how to stop being sweet

I just wanted to let you know how great I think your eWorkbook is! I've followed your blog for a little while now so I knew the book would be good, but I must say it absolutely exceeded my expectations! I've already read the entire thing, and I'm excitedly working now to develop my own unsweet plan. I love how unique it is that your book really focuses on letting each reader develop a plan that will work for them. It's a great approach, and one that I really feel will work for me.
I have had several unsuccessful attempts to "stop" sugar in the past, and I found it so helpful that your workbook addressed the issue of "stopping" sugar. I think I will do much better now that I know how to abandon that all or nothing mindset. I also loved your explanation of the double entendre of stop being sweet. That's an attitude that I think will help me be successful as I start this journey to stop being sweet.
Anyways, I could go on and on about how great I think the book is. It has given me the step by step tools I was needing to get started on my own journey to stopping being sweet. Thank you so much for making this great resource available!Lauren
