I just wanted to let you know how great I think your eWorkbook is! I've followed your blog for a little while now so I knew the book would be good, but I must say it absolutely exceeded my expectations! I have had several unsuccessful attempts to "stop" sugar in the past, and I found it so helpful that your workbook addressed the issue of "stopping" sugar.
