This workshop has passed but you can listen to it here: Stop Being Sweet Presentation

This coming Tuesday night I’ll be telling my sweet story at a Stop Being Sweet workshop on October 28th at OHSU’s March Wellness. The event has filled up and I’m excited to be able to reach so many people. My hope is that everyone who attends will stop being sweet and start eating healthy!

We’ll be looking at the roots of our sugar addiction, discovering the sources of our sweet associations, and examine a plan for changing our ways. I’ll tell the story about how I managed to manage my sugar intake and will also be giving away digital copies of my upcoming ebook. Details are below. Call before attending as space is limited.
