I am not sure how to rate the video on you tube, but I enjoyed it very much. The explanation about homeostasis and how a high intake of sugar affects output of insulin was very helpful. I forget that as I feed my addiction and mental distress, the sugar is having a bad effect on my body, with consequences now and down the road. I am very addicted to sugar, and struggle with it daily. Stop Being Sweet has been very helpful in analyzing my goals…how do I want to feel, and how does sugar make me feel? It helps to know that the addiction is real and that others struggle with it as well. Thank you!
