Good job, David.  I think many listeners will relate to your story.  This is such a great example of how the ability to Stop Being Sweet can lead to new experiences.  This broadcast just scratched the surface, but at least we are having the conversation.  It was good to have two guests and, interestingly, both male.  I hope you have more opportunities to spread the word and I am grateful for this site as I continue my quest.

Thanks Judith. The conversation could have gone on for a long time! Good questions were being raised. It would have been interesting to hear more from the callers.

About Me

I realized I had a sugar problem back in 2003 after a weekend-long binge on raw chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate covered pretzels. As a result, I began trying to quit sugar but kept failing. Finally, I figured out a way to stay off sweet junk food for good.
