Sugar Challenge: March 2009

February 28, 2009

For the month of March, starting right now, drink only water. Hot water or cold water, it doesn’t matter. Just drink water.

Whenever you drink, whatever you drink, make sure it is pure water.

That’s it! That’s the sugar challenge for March, 2009.

Tell us how you do!

Day 1 - no sugar.  Missing my morning dose of coffee with SUGAR and ritual morning muffin with SUGAR.  Tried to quit yesterday but caved by evening.  So the plan is to go from today (March 23rd) to May 1st with NO SUGAR.  I have a headache and I need a nap (it’s 2:21 p.m.).
Wish me luck!
