This month is an easy one. It’s an experiment in MODERATION.
Here’s how it works:
Only eat one (1) sweet thing per day at lunch or after dinner and only after eating a healthy meal.
Example:
Monday
Breakfast = No sweets.
Lunch = Tuna sandwich, a chocolate chip cookie
Dinner = A nice meal, no dessert.
Tuesday
Breakfast = No sweets.
Lunch = Veggie sandwich, no sweets
Dinner = A nice meal, a bowl with one scoop of ice cream.
One sweet a day and only after having eaten a healthy something-else.
