Maybe I’m making things up at this point, but I had trouble listening and concentrating today. I’m staying up late because I’m too wired to go to sleep and am having trouble waking up in the mornings. I got that famished feeling today, which I haven’t had for a long time—you know when you don’t eat and you get the shakes, a cold sweat, and your stomach is growling like a motor. Perhaps sugar has a bigger hold on me than I know.
