If you are finding yourself needing a nap half way through the day, craving sweets when you wake up, and crashing with shakes and sweats, that should be enough incentive to quit.
However, I’d like to remind you that no book, no website, and no special diet plan will help you to quit sugar.
You and your willpower will be the determining factor.
The “helpless” and “powerless” game is just that—a game. Sugary snacks don’t hold you down and force themselves down your throat.
Only you can stop eating sugar.
Only you can Stop Being Sweet.
How do you do it?
You just do.
You start now and constantly avoid and say no to sweets.
Identify yourself as a healthy person and then, when choosing what to eat, ask yourself if a healthy person would eat that food. Make up your own ritual. Turn health into your obsession. Burn all the sweets in your house. Eat lots of salads. Become a chef. Do whatever YOU have to do.
But actually do it. There’s no magic pill. Or, the “magic” is in you. Find it within yourself to treat your body well.
