Hey David
Last weekend I’ve had my first Christmas without sugar
So I told everyone that I’m no longer a sugar addict. They were proud of me. I tell everybody how good it feels not to eat sugar anymore. So almost 6 months without sugar.. For 2012, no change, just to continue without sugar. I’m a teacher in elementary school and my students know that their teacher eats no more sugar, so they bring me fruit to eat ![]()
Happy New Year to you!

Hi Klara,
Congratulations! When people start bringing you fruit and stop offering you sweets it’s because they know you mean business. Happy New Year!

I realized I had a sugar problem back in 2003 after a weekend-long binge on raw chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate covered pretzels. As a result, I began trying to quit sugar but kept failing. Finally, I figured out a way to stay off sweet junk food for good.
Don’t quit sugar. Stop Being Sweet instead! Questions? Please ask!
