Hey David

Last weekend I’ve had my first Christmas without sugar grin So I told everyone that I’m no longer a sugar addict. They were proud of me. I tell everybody how good it feels not to eat sugar anymore. So almost 6 months without sugar.. For 2012, no change, just to continue without sugar. I’m a teacher in elementary school and my students know that their teacher eats no more sugar, so they bring me fruit to eat grin
Happy New Year to you!

Hi Klara,

Congratulations! When people start bringing you fruit and stop offering you sweets it’s because they know you mean business. Happy New Year!

I realized I had a sugar problem back in 2003 after a weekend-long binge on raw chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate covered pretzels. As a result, I began trying to quit sugar but kept failing. Finally, I figured out a way to stay off sweet junk food for good.
