Its been a long time in coming, but I’m making this site better. Expect some new and cool things by Halloween. I stopped being sweet two years ago and am going stronger than ever! This site will soon be better than ever!
Can’t wait until this gets going again-I really need the support/suggestions. I have been sugar-free for 8 weeks, but still have major cravings especially when I am tired.

Ditto! I’ve only been sugar-free for three days and am still in the honeymoon phase. I’ll be looking for help soon!

How is it going? Are guys keeping strong? Be gentle with yourselves. Every minute we do have another chance to quit sugar. For me, doing something really radical works better than taking small steps. A few month ago, I started raw food diet. I lasted two weeks and it was fantastic. I became a different person, and I even heard comments about my skin (it became really clear and radiant within a few days).
So, for those who work better with bigger steps - change something else in your life while quitting sugar. And remember you doing it as something loving for yourself - it is an act of kindness and respect for yourself. This kind of thinking helps me a lot.
