This week’s sugar challenge is a simple one: Avoid Sugar.
From this moment until next Monday do not eat dessert and stay away from any foods that you consider sugary. If you’re not sure about a food, avoid it.
If you can do it, drink only water.
For those of you who think this is ridiculous and that you don’t need to avoid sweets so extremely all week, this challenge is especially for you.
You have no idea of the things you’ll notice about yourself and those around you if you can make it one week without sweet drinks and sweet treats.
Don’t worry about perfection. Just do it and see what happens! You won’t know if you don’t try.
Hi David , sorry for all the questions but I’m inspired everyday and trying to be healthy, yesterday went perfectly well ,my aim for this month is to forget that sugar exists and have 3 meals,Today after lunch I messed a little I ended up having sugar , will this day screw the entire month? Thanks

Hi Jo. If you were in a race and you slipped and fell but got up and kept running, would that ruin the race? Of course not! Just keep going and with your goal alive in the moment. If you remain in-the-now, before you know it a month will have passed!

I realized I had a sugar problem back in 2003 after a weekend-long binge on raw chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate covered pretzels. As a result, I began trying to quit sugar but kept failing. Finally, I figured out a way to stay off sweet junk food for good.
Don’t quit sugar. Stop Being Sweet instead! Questions? Please ask!
