i fell of the wagon.  but i climbed back up again and i sure aren’t gonna fall off again.  i wasn’t fully comitted.  I wasn’t shure that i reaaaaally really wanted to say goodbye to sugar…forever, i mean forever is a very very very long time.  but the more i hought about it the more i became convinced that this is who i want to be.  I don’t want to eat sugar.  so to make sure i am not failing again i eat all kinda (sugarfree) snacks.  it works.  And salt is not a weakness.  I am already 5 days without sugar and my salt intake is not so much anymore…in time i won’t crave sugar anymore and in time i’ll loose weight.  My sister’s wedding is in December so i have till then to drop 60 pounds!  Wish me luck!  Because for sure, the hell i am not eating sugar again.  Only fresh fruit is the closest to sweet i am going to get!!!!!

I have fallen off the wagon every day since I tried to stop being sweet.  It’s like my brain goes into panic mode at the thought of not having sugar and I end up binging until I’m sick.  I just threw out what remained of a bag of double stuff oreos and I will keep on trucking.  Quitting smoking was easier than this!
