Step one: Stop Being Sweet.
Avoid eating refined sugars.
If quitting sugar is your resolution, keep in mind that it’s a step by step process and this is just the beginning.
January is the first month in your ongoing process.
Step two: Start a journal.
Keep track of your moods.
Write down everything you eat everyday.
Write down how much MONEY you spend on food, especially on sweets.
Remember, the sugar challenge is the start of getting to know yourself and your dependency level on sugar.
Do not beat yourself up and consider yourself a failure if you find yourself eating a cookie!
Write about it and simply start again. The point of this month’s sugar challenge is for you to get to know yourself very clearly.
Exactly how much sugar do you eat? Exactly how much money do you spend on sugar?
Happy New Year! Don’t give up!
