Happy New Year!

This week’s challenge is a simple one: just drink water.

For a whole week, avoid all liquids but the only one we need to survive. No coffee, no soda, no milk, and no alcohol.

This challenge is an easy thing to do but it will challenge some people beyond their abilities. Can you do it?

Here’s to 2011 being a better year than 2010!

No? Why not?

The longer you go without sugar the easier it becomes to avoid it. Pretty much all I drink is water, so it was an easy one!

It seems too hard. Also, i’m taking PE classes this quarter and I don’t think I would be able to get through the week with just water… Don’t you think?

Water is what the body wants and needs. Curious, what do you drink instead?

I drink water… probably not enough. And, I also drink tea. I don’t drink soda or coffee.

Hi Linda, it could be a good idea but it really depends on you. There are many ways to do a cleanse. I personally couldn’t last three days with green tea. That stuff makes me jittery!
