Not eating sugar is boring. It’s so boring that it becomes nothing. It’s like nothing at all—not eating sugar. It’s easy. It’s so easy it becomes boring. Instead of trying to not eat Oreos or feeling guilty about binging on chocolate covered pretzels, those problems disappear and all that’s left is your boring life.
And then slowly you find you have more energy. So you’re bored, but energetic.
And next thing you know you’re using that energy to do something…interesting.
Maybe you’re taking a bike ride. Maybe you focus on a long neglected project long enough to complete it. Maybe you’re spending more time discovering and cooking deliciously healthy new foods. And then next thing you know, your life has gotten interesting again.
All of this is like leaving a relationship that’s no good for you. Yeah, imagine dating sugar. Some of you are so enamored by sugar you can’t bear the thought of leaving your sweetie behind. For the rest of your life?
Guess what. You’re sweetie loves you too. I mean really loves you. So much so that anytime you want your sugar will always be there for you to use however and how often you please. But you know that just leads to that downward spiral.
So how about it. It’s it time you broke it off with your sugar and moved on. Grow up a little. There’s a million fish in the sea…and they’re all much healthier for you than that rut of a relationship you’re stuck in now.
Hello, What a cool website!
This is just to say that fish are not healthy in the sea, cod is almost gone, tuna also, and it will be a challenge to eat decently very soon. So not enough to get off sugar, campaign for organic and sustainable agriculture and fishing too
