Happy Valentine’s Day! Did you manage to quit sugar for all or part of the Winter Sugar Challenge? How do you feel? What did you notice? Will you stay off sugar or will you indulge in chocolates today? Will you continue to Stop Being Sweet?
Cool site! Stumbled onto it after doing a Google Search for “Stop Eating Sugar”.
I am definitely a sugar addict. Realized this probably a year ago and know I need to stop eating sugars, highly processed carbs (white bread, rice, etc.) and artificial sweetners but have been unable to go much more than a day! I had decided this morning that today would be the day I stopped and walked into the break room to find a box of Valentine’s cookies. I wish sugar was illegal so I didn’t have to stare at my demon all day!
Seriously, I’m addicted and don’t seem to be able to get past the first day and I hate how I feel! But my mind *SCREAMS* for sugar and I haven’t been able to scream back *SHUT UP* loud enough. . . How do you all do it????

I made it! With out the sugar I felt so much better mentally and physically. I slept better, my moods leveled, my skin became smoother, I lost a couple of pounds, avoided getting sick with my eight children, got rid of brain fog, mysterious cramping disappeared, and my knee pain lessend dramatically. Oh, and I had more energy.
I read a book titled Sugar Shock to keep me focussed.
Quitting sugar can be hard at first, but after a while it just becomes a habit.
