This month’s challenge might be the hardest challenge ever for some of you.
I know there’s one or two of you out there who will think this is nothing—lucky for you.
For the rest of you, last as long as you can last.
If you attempt this challenge, make sure to do it often.
If you fall off the wagon, just get back on.
If you can’t manage to do it, please keep it in mind whenever you take a drink.
Because this month’s sugar challenge is simply to drink nothing else but water.
WATER ONLY. No coffee, no juice, no soda, no tea, no vitamin water, no beer, no wine.
Just plain water.
You can survive on water alone (but don’t forget to eat.)
