Daylight Saving Time Change…Because of Candy?

According to the City Room section of the New York Times, the change in Daylight Savings Time this year has everything to do with Halloween and trick-or-treating. Candy manufacturers prefer an extra hour of daylight so the little ones can stay out an hour longer, thus helping candy sales!
