Can you make it an hour in the morning without eating sweets or drinking coffee? Give it a try this month and see what happens. Tell us how you do.
Last week I vowed that I would stay off sugar for a whole week. I DID IT!!! I have also managed to keep away from all white flour as it is also a highly processed food. I am a runner and I have found that since I went off sugar my running has felt better. I don’t feel tired. It has been hard because there is always cake or candy at work but I am proud of myself for keeping away. I’m going to keep going and hopefully (fingers crossed) I’ll be able to stay off both of these things for a year.
Thanks for this website. You have inspired me. I love the pic at Yellowstone park. Thanks again!

I came by your website after doing some searches about sugar. I’d already challenged myself on April 11th to go one month without sugar and white flour before I found your website. The first couple of days were tough. I had a headache and just had no energy. But after that the changes were amazing. Today is day 16. My energy level has skyrocketed and I feel so clear headed. I’ve even lost 9 pounds. Even if you are not planning on giving up sugar forever, I would suggest to everyone that you try it for a week or so. You may just want to give it up for good when you realize how great it makes you feel.
