I am familiar with Natalie’s website and find it very informative.
The American diet is appalling and the marketing to children (let alone adults) is almost criminal.
These cereals are as bad as most of the energy bars, sports drinks, and coffee drinks marketed to adults-candy-like junk.
We need to stop thinking we are helpless and make healthier choices to force these products off the shelves.
