University of California Television (UCTV), the presenters of Dr. Robert Lustig’s popular YouTube video “Sugar, The Bitter Truth,” are now producing a new video series titled, “The Skinny on Obesity.”
The first episode (above) is part of a seven part series that premiered on their YouTube channel, UCTV Prime. Each new installment gets posted on Friday through May 25.

I realized I had a sugar problem back in 2003 after a weekend-long binge on raw chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate covered pretzels. As a result, I began trying to quit sugar but kept failing. Finally, I figured out a way to stay off sweet junk food for good.
