They’re also running, “Price Specials.” A 1000 square foot 1 Bedroom w/ Den is on special for just $1900 per month and a 700 square foot Studio is renting for just $1495. I don’t see how that’s anything special seeing as when I wrote about the Wyatt days ago they offered the same prices. Maybe the special has been going on for some time.
When they get special enough to start offering free rent for a year I’ll be the first to run over there. Until then, we wait.
