Relish is moving (out of the Pearl I assume) and into it’s own building at 1715 NW Lovejoy. Relish Design Inc. (home accessories and Interior Design) will take up the western portion of the space and the eastern half of the building (approximately 1340 square feet ) will be sub-let for $2600. The space will be made available for build-out around mid June. Price is approx $23/sq ft + NNN ($2.00/sq ft). The owner, Trisha Guido, is very interested in sub-leasing to a florist, creative fashion and/or design retailer to collaborate on marketing, events and trunk shows. Congrats to Trisha, her business is thriving. What will become of her old location? Only time will tell…
