David is really good at “Teaching old dogs new tricks.” His bearing and posture during Tai Chi are so centered and he has ultimate patience with guiding the class and repeating difficult positions and steps. I would say the best asset of David’s is his positive and radiant energy. He could teach and do anything well.

Besides being a wonderful example of the grace, strength, and passion that a regular practitioner of Tai Chi illustrates, David has an uncanny ability to break down the form into digestible bits, so that his students can grasp the form in all its depth. He's patient and his instructions are extremely clear. If you want to learn Tai Chi from a great teacher, David is your man!

After studying Tai Chi for several years, it’s been my good fortune to have been in David’s Tai Chi class for this past year. His expertise in teaching and his patience have led me to experience improvement in my balance and my walking.

Having begun semi-weekly Tai Chi lessons with David Vanadia approximately 6 months ago, I've experienced significant improvement in health and well being. Particularly in my leg strength, improved functioning of joints, and balance.
David’s style of teaching is informative, flexible, observants of individual needs without calling attention to a persons limitations, disciplined in keeping us on track and on time, and thoughtful. He always combines physical and mental activities so that ideas and forms are integrated holistically.
I’m confident that David could teach almost anything as well, since he has the key skills needed to move learners of any age progressively forward in achieving their goals.

Several months of 2x a week Chi Gung classes with David Vanadia have sped up and boosted my body’s healing after a serious illness. I have gained overall strength, joint mobility, balance, and coordination and my chronic back spasms have reduced markedly in severity and discomfort. They now resolve quickly.
David is a dedicated and caring Chi Gung teacher/master who readily accommodates all levels. Highly recommended.

David is an excellent teacher. My balance has improved as has my breathing. I enjoy David’s classes immensely. Most impressive is David’s ability to integrate new students with the more experienced students and make the class a great experience for all levels.

I have taken David’s Tai Chi class for over a year. As a teacher he is very patient and persistent. He accepts everyone who comes to class at whatever level of ability they may be and encourages them to participate to their best. He expresses a sincere desire to respond to everyone’s questions and concerns. He has challenged me to improve and become better. David is an excellent teacher.
